Guide to music for your wedding

About the Choir:
Christ Church Choir is a non-professional mixed choir of twenty to twenty-five voices. From the Sunday after Labor Day through mid-June, the choir provides service music for the Sunday morning Eucharist, as well as music for special services at Easter and Christmas (and occasionally for Evensong and Morning Prayer.) Rehearsals are held at the church on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 8:30, and before the 10 AM service on Sundays. During the summer, singing in the choir is open to all, with rehearsals on Sunday mornings only.

About the Organ:
The two-manual tracker organ was built in 1972 by the Montreal-based builder, Karl Wilhelm. the design and voicing of this exceptionally fine instrument is consistent with North German organs of the 18th century.
